In this track we’re looking at ways to establish a mentoring framework in Tama: one that can nurture and support Tama’s people in their personal, professional and managerial growth.

In this track we want to clarify for ourselves what it is we are looking for in successful managers: capabilities, attitudes, experiences and values. Mapping global and local needs, while acknowledging cultural differences, we want to create an organizational platform that will enable the development of future managers.

This track is about creating opportunities for people in Tama to grow in all directions.. Some of the questions we’ll be asking are: How do we get exposed to a more global perspective? How do we get to meet more people from Tama and interact with more opportunities in Tama’s operations? And how do we make opportunities more accessible?
